GreenTeaHP offers a competitive 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not 100% satisfied, simply return the unopened item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Order Shipping and Handling:
All orders placed before 3PM EST will ship the day the order is placed. Any order placed after 3PM EST will ship the following business day.

• Becoming a member of the Preferred Customer Flex Program is a simple, convenient way to automatically receive your favorite flavors of GreenTeaHP - so you never have to worry about running out!
• By purchasing this item, you are agreeing to your order shipping on your chosen Preferred Customer Flex Date, every 30, 60, 90 days or at whatever Flex Date you chose. Your order will be automatically billed to your credit card for your locked-in price, plus any applicable sales tax.
• You may adjust your next delivery date to receive your order more or less frequently than every 30 days.

To cancel your Preferred Customer Flex Program membership, go to GreenTeaHP.com, "My Account", or call 866-523-5984. The GreenTeaHP Service Center is open Monday - Friday 7AM to 8PM MST, Friday 7AM to 7PM MST and Saturday 8AM to 3PM MST. The Service Center is closed on Sunday.
